  • 2 bunchugu leaf
  • 1 bunchscent leaf
  • 5fresh pepper
  • 1bulb onions
  • 4fresh tomatoes
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cubemaggi
  • 1cksp veg oil
  • 1/2 kgchicken

    Wash chicken, spice to taste and cook till its tender turn off heat and set aside

  2. 2

    Wash ugu and scent leaf and slice; once you are done set it aside; wash and dice pepper, onions, tomatoes and set aside

  3. 3

    Heat up a pot, pour in vegetable oil once its hot, add onions, tomatoes, pepper and chicken stir and allow it simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes, to make sure to stir so it does not get burnt

  4. 4

    Add salt and maggi stir in ugu leaf and after about 3 minutes stir in scent leaf; stir and turn off heat

  5. 5

    Serve with boil yam, plantain or white rice
