We saw these on a cooking show and thought they would be great to try.
Steps

Heat up 3 tbsp of oil in a wok. Then add the ginger, garlic, spring, peppercorn and chillis into the wok and fry together until you can smell the aroma.

Add the langoustine, fry on one side until they change colour and then flip over and fry the other side.
- 3
Add 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir for two minutes
