Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 cupsmaize
  • 2 cupsred oil(ukpaka)
  • 4handfull of oilbeans
  • 1medium size of ugu(pumpkin leaf)
  • 1medium size of garden egg leaf
  • 1meduim size of scent leaf
  • 10 piecespepper
  • 4big onions
  • 2 cubesMaggie
  • to tastesalt
  • nylon or plantain leaf for wrapping

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your dry maize over night with hot water

  2. 2

    Drain and grind it with pepper and onions(not too smooth)

  3. 3

    Add your oil and mix them together

  4. 4

    Use a warm water while mixing. (it must not be too watering or thick)

  5. 5

    Add your already diced veggies, oil beans,onions, maggi,salt mix them very well

  6. 6

    Scoop it into a nylon or plantain leaf in an already boiling water.cook for 30-35mins
