Ingredients

2 min
1 serving
  • 2 tbsp: Suji
  • 1 tbsp: Little Sour Curd
  • 2 tbsp: Water
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp: Ginger grated ((optional)
  • 1/2 tsp: Green chilli paste (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp: Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp: Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp: Baking soda
  • For tempering :
  • 2 tbsp: Oil
  • 1/2 tsp: Mustard seeds
  • 1: Green chilli cut lengthwise
  • 1 pinch: Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp: Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cupor 5-6 tbsp : Water
  • For garnishing on top :
  • 1 tbsp: Coriander leaves chopped

Steps

    Grease a microwave safe small bowl or cup. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix suji, curd and water. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add salt, red chilli powder. Mix well. Add ginger, green chilli paste and sugar. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice, mix.

  5. 5

    Add baking soda, mix.

  6. 6

    Pour it in greased micro safe bowl or cup.

  7. 7

    Pop it in microwave, press 2 min..and then start.

  8. 8

    In the mean time...prepare tempering.

  9. 9

    Take oil in a pan. Heat it on high flame.

  10. 10

    Slow the flame and add oil, mustard seeds let it sizzle for a min.

  11. 11

    Add green chilli let it fry till golden it will take a min.

  12. 12

    Add sugar mix with a spoon. Switch off the flame.

  13. 13

    Add lemon juice, mix. Add water, mix. Keep aside.

  14. 14

    Switch off the microwave. Take it out. Let it cool a bit.

  15. 15

    Transfer it to a serving plate (or if you want to eat it in a cup let it remain in it).

    Pour tempering on it.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
