Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, chicken oil, black pepper, chicken broth, lemon well.

Arrange the chicken in a heatproof dish. Pour the olive oil mixture on top. Sprinkle the thyme.

Bake for 30 minutes in 170 Celcius degrees.
