These cookie are as healthy as you can get! BANANA AND OATS- that's all you need.

These cookies have a wholesome texture and are very satisfying.

Slimy, spotty, ripe bananas are best for this recipe.

You can add anything you want (nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract, mini marshmallows etc...)
Great for children and adults too. Very easy, very healthy and most importantly very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2Largish Bananas
  • 2 CupsOats
  • Any Other flavours and fillings you like!
  • * I used
  • 1/4 tspAlmond Extract
  • HandfulSultanas

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mash banana till completely combined.

  2. 2

    Add oats and mix together well.

  3. 3

    Add in your extra fillings (in my case the sultanas and almond extract) and mix well.

  4. 4

    Put in a pre-heated oven at 350F / 180C for 10-12, until just catching the edges (but only slightly!)

  5. 5

    Leave to completely cool and enjoy. :)
