Ingredients

  • 1 kggarden egg
  • 1cksp Psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoonpalmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the garden eggs into pieces and put in a blender, blend and sieve put the residue in a pot put on fire and keep stirring.

  2. 2

    Add little palmoil keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Then to thicken it add psyllium husk.is ready to eat serve with any soup.
