Ingredients

1 boxZatatrain's gumbo mix
4-6chicken tenderloins boiled and shredded
1 lbsausage (your preference on spice level)
1 pounduncooked shrimp
2 cansfire roasted tomatoes
2 cansokra or 1 (16oz) bag of frozen okra
1 cancorn
to tasteSalt and pepper
6 cupswater

Boil and shred the chicken

Add everything EXCEPT for the shrimp to a large pot

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 min.

After 15 minutes is up add the shrimp and simmer for 10 min.

Enjoy with some warm French bread
