Cook the beans with pressure pot for 10-15 minutes till tender and set aside.

Also parboil the Rice, wash, strain and set aside.

Blend your pepper and onion, mix it with the tomato paste and set aside.

Get a pot that will accommodate the Rice and Beans bearing in mind that the rice will rise some more. Set the pot on fire, you pour your oil in the pot add your blended ingredients and allow to fry.

Add the water that will be enough to cook the Rice cos the beans is already soft, add your maggi, crayfish, curry, and salt to taste then allow to boil. After which you add your parboiled rice and beans use your cooking stick to mix together then cover and allow to cook.

Reduce heat till the water is dry. Can serve with any meat of your choice. Enjoy
