  • 1/4 cupresistant starch
  • 1/4 cuppumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cupSplenda
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupegg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoonvanilla
  • 1/4 teaspooncinnamon

    Bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
