Ingredients

  • 2 slicesbread
  • butter
  • corn
  • 1 spooncheese
  • 1 spoonmayo
  • chilli flakes (optional)
  • origano (optional)
  • green chilli
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    To prepare the filling : add corn, capsicum, mayo, cheese and mix it together

  2. 2

    Add green chilli to it finely chopped

  3. 3

    Add salt and chilli flakes to it

  4. 4

    Put butter on the two slices of bread

  5. 5

    Add the filling in betweek the two slices

  6. 6

    Put this sandwich in a sandwich maker and toast it till its brown

  7. 7

    You can serve it with any sauce of your choice
