Mukimo is my Mums favourite delicacy, when I miss home I always prepare Mukimo.
Steps

Boil your peas and potatoes untill they are well cooked (add salt as it cooks). Ensure your potatoes dont mash.

Add your maize and drain excess water, place on heat and let water dry completely.
- 3
Mash all your ingredients together. Add butter and mix it well.
- 4
Boil your goat meat untill tender. Saute your onions and add your boiled meat. Add a little salt and Tomatoes cover and let them mash. Stir well
- 5
Serve with steamed spinach and avocado.
