Ingredients

1 serving
  • 300 gbeef
  • spring onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • vegetable cooking oil (Elianto)
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste
  • 1royco cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the meat/ beef to small pieces. Wash them.

  2. 2

    Add salt and enough water to boil for 45 mins. It has to be soft/ tender.

  3. 3

    When the is still there even after it is soft, drain and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Add chopped spring onions with oil. Cook for as you stir then add tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Add royco cubes and the excess soup. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with rice
