Place a clean frying pan on heat and add chopped onion and then fry till golden brown

Add the boiled kienyeji. And mix well. Add the milk and salt to taste then cook for ten min

Remove from heat and place another clean frying pan and place the chopped meat and boil for 40min

Drain excess water and keep aside. Then fry the meat

Add chopped onion and oil to it then fry for 5 min

Add chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes form stew add dhania and salt to taste

Add the retained excess water to the desired amount then stem for ten min before serving hot with ugali
