Shop all your vegetables. Heat the oil in a medium high fire. Add garlic, onion, and ginger when the oil is hot.

Fry them until they turn brownish. Add curry spice, fry for 1minute and add potatoes and carrot.

Continue to stir to avoid burnt. Add tomato and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken and the chicken stock stir, and let it cook for 5minutes. Add 200ml of hot water and let it cook for 6 more minutes. Keep an eye on your stew to avoid burnt

Serve with rice or xima
