Fry onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes and carrots in 3 tbsp of oil, let them simmer for a while

Add laurel leaf, salt, black pepper, powder of coriander, paprika and RAS EL HANOUT

Let them simmer for a while then add tomato paste, lentils and hot water

Cook it for a while, blend it when it gets ready, serve it with chopped coriander and bit of olive oil
