Heat deep fryer to 360°

Remove as much fat as possible from chicken and cut into tender or nugget sized pieces

Season chicken pieces to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

In a bowl add flour, paprika, poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper, and allspice. Stir well to completely combine

Split flour mixture into 2 separate bowls and pour some buttermilk into a 3rd bowl

Coat chicken pieces in 1st bowl of flour mixture, then put into buttermilk, then coat chicken pieces in flour mixture again in 2nd bowl

Put coated chicken into preheated deep fryer and cook for about 5 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through

Remove from fryer and let drain on paper towel lined plate
