Mix flour and eggs and add milk or water. Add butter and add grated carrots.

Knead the dough until soft. Let the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Cut the dough in small even sizes and roll them in circles as the pan is heating.

Upon the pan being hot half cook the chapati n later final cook them.

U can also make a homemade shawarma by frying 2 eggs or omelette and rolling them in the chapati. Serve warm
