White corn and Adzuki beans githeri

Corn(sweet) is widely used in other recipes especially in Japan for soups,cookies,Pizza(mayo).Although a little bit different,I tried to make my githeri out of it which turned out to be very delicious.

Corn(sweet) is widely used in other recipes especially in Japan for soups,cookies,Pizza(mayo).Although a little bit different,I tried to make my githeri out of it which turned out to be very delicious.
Steps

Boil the dry Adzuki beans until cooked and set aside. you can also use the canned beans instead.

Boil the white corn until tender.Add in the cooked Adzuki beans and cook for 10 minutes.

In another pan sauté the onion,add salt and pour in the mixture(githeri) and stir.Cook for 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.Served mine with cabbage and avocado
