In large bowl add Samolina, baking soda, corn flour and salt with little oil. Start adding water slowly until it becomes stiff dough. Later Kneed till it become soft. Make chapati with it and cut 2 cm radius round pieces.

Fry them on low flame till it become nice golden in colour

Pani- In mixer add pudina, green chilli, coriander, salt and amchur powder. Make paste of it. Add cold water in it. Add salt as per your taste.

Sweet chutney- in mixer add tamarind pulp, soaked dates or grated jaggery, red chilli powder and salt. Grind it till it become smooth.

Make cavity in puri with delicate hand. Fill it with boondhi, mash potato, little amchur powder, and sweet chutney. Pour pudina pani in it. And eat it immediately.
