Ingredients

  1. Corn boiled -2 cut into 1 inch pieces
  2. Fresh coriander 1 medium bunch
  3. Fresh mint 1 medium bunch
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 1 tablespoonOil
  6. Bay leaf 1
  7. Cloves2-3
  8. 3-4Cashew -
  9. 1/2 cupGrated Tender Coconut-
  10. 2Green cardamoms
  11. Cinnamon 1 inch stick
  12. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  13. 1 tablespoonGarlic chopped
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 2 teaspoonsGaram masala powder
  16. Chilly Flakes and Pepper for garnishing

Steps

    Combine broken green chillies, roughly chopped coriander Cashew Coconut and mint in a blender jar and blend into a thick smooth paste using water as required. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and cumin seeds and sauté for a minute.

    Add garlic and sauté till garlic turns light golden. Add ground paste, mix well, cover and cook for two to three minutes. Add boiled pieces, mix well and toss. Add salt, mix well and sauté for ten seconds. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Garnish with Pepper and Chilly Flakes. Serve hot.
