La la la Pizza

Your probably wondering why in the world I named the Pizza La la la. Well the other day a really good friend of mine uploaded a song on Fb, that I had not heard in a while. I am sure you all know Bill Withers song “Lovely Day”. Such a happy song to start the day.
From there I went into a completely different direction music wise, Jason Derulo, Mary J. Blige, Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Mark Morrison, Return of the Mac!!! Montell Jordan and so many more songs, and of course I was singing and dancing while making pizza!! Charlie was watching me all this time while I was dancing and kept moving his head from one side to the other, like he was trying to understand what I was doing.
Anyway, back to how the pizza got the name La la la, I kinda forgot the lyrics of the last song which was “This is how we do it”, so I continued singing well I can’t really call this singing, it was more like mumbling La la la and well Vuola…..:)

Steps
- 1
In a large bowl add the ingredients for the Pizza dough except for the flour.
- 2
Once the ingredients have been mixed together, start slowly to add in the flour and mix by using your hand, until it becomes a nice ball of dough. Take a pizza pan and start to spread the dough to all sides of the pan until it is completely covered. Try to push upwards on the sides so that this can become the crust of the pizza.
- 3
In a bowl, add in the grated seedless Tomatoes, Oregano and Salt.
- 4
Spread the sauce on the pizza dough.
- 5
Continue by adding Ham, or Bacon or whatever your heart desires on your pizza. Everyone has different tastes in regards to Pizza. I enjoy the cheese with Ham or Bacon with extra cheese.
- 6
Continue adding the cheeses, the extra cheese that I like adding on to Pizza is Mozzarella. So, what I do is cut small pieces of Mozzarella and add it on top along with the Red Bell Pepper. You can use whichever pepper you like…:) Bake with a Pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Check on it because it varies from oven to oven. Mine is an old one so it needs about 1/2 hour to bake.
