250 gbeans
1onion
2tomatoes
salt
cooking oil

Mix the beans and maize together then put in a sufuria and boil or cook for 1 hr 45mins or till soft or cooked.

Fry your onions with oil then add tomatoes

Add the githeri then salt. mix well then cook for 10 mins. serve with tea
