Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes - cut into cubes 1cm size - fry until golden
  2. 30prawn (optional ; can be subtituted with boiled eggs/quail eggs/tofu/tempe/etc)
  3. sambal :
  4. 10red chilli (level of hotness can be adjustable)
  5. 4 tbstomato paste
  6. 1big whole onion
  7. 1whole clove garlic
  8. 100 mlwater
  9. to tastesalt
  10. to tastesugar
  11. 2kaffir lime leave
  12. cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the sambal ingredients until smooth, then fry in a hot oil, add kaffir lime leave, salt and sugar. cook sambal until golden red.

  2. 2

    Put the prawn in the wok and stir for couple of minutes until cooked, then add the golden fry potato cubes. stir for couple of minutes and it's done.
