Ingredients

4potatoes - cut into cubes 1cm size - fry until golden

sambal :
10red chilli (level of hotness can be adjustable)
4 tbstomato paste
1big whole onion
1whole clove garlic
100 mlwater
to tastesalt
to tastesugar
2kaffir lime leave
cooking oil

Steps

Blend all the sambal ingredients until smooth, then fry in a hot oil, add kaffir lime leave, salt and sugar. cook sambal until golden red.

Put the prawn in the wok and stir for couple of minutes until cooked, then add the golden fry potato cubes. stir for couple of minutes and it's done.
