Ingredients

1Lettuce Head
.25 kgground chicken
.25 kgdried shitake
3 clovesgarlic
Parsley as preferred
to tasteSalt, Pepper & Paprika

Saute garlic in olive oil

Add mushrooms. Cook in medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and paprika depending on your taste. I used 2 tsps of all.

Add ground chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. Add parsley and mix. Let this mixture cool.

Assemble the lettuce wrap. Enjoy.
