Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 6-8 slicesBrown bread
  • 1cuphung curd or thick curd
  • 2-3 tbscucumber chopped
  • 2-3 tbspgrated carrot
  • 2-3 tbspchopped tomato
  • 2 tbspchopped onion
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • to tastesalt
  • butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all the ingredients expected bread n butter

  2. 2

    Apply some butter on each bread slice

  3. 3

    Pour 1 tbs curd mix on one bread slice spread gently

  4. 4

    Cover with another bread slice

  5. 5

    Heat a nonstick tawa and roast this sandwich from both side along with some butter

  6. 6

    Take out in a plate cut into two parts n serve w
