Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/2 kgmince meat
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 1small green peper
  4. 1 tbsginger and garlic
  5. 3 tablespoonoil
  6. 1 cubeknorrox
  7. 1 tinmixed vegetable curry 415g
  8. 1 teaspoonrajah curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion add rajah,knorrox in oil fry till its tender

  2. 2

    Add the mince then fry all for 7 minutes

  3. 3

    Add Brown onion soup 1/2cup of water

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for 15 minutes then your mixed vegetable curry

  5. 5

    Serve with spaghetti
