I had tomatoes sauce so instead of using my normal egg sauce with fried irish i tried this and i enjoyed it.

15irish potatoes medium
1and half cup vegetable oil
to tastesalt
3 tablespoonalready made tomatoes sauce

Steps

Peel irish back and wash very well then shread.

Sprinkle salt.place pan on heat,add vegetable oil allow to heat for 3min

Then add the irish batch after batch stir to avoid burning. when its done remove continue untill finishes.

Serve hot with tomatoes sauce so nice.
