Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 15irish potatoes medium
  2. 1and half cup vegetable oil
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 3 tablespoonalready made tomatoes sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel irish back and wash very well then shread.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt.place pan on heat,add vegetable oil allow to heat for 3min

  3. 3

    Then add the irish batch after batch stir to avoid burning. when its done remove continue untill finishes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with tomatoes sauce so nice.
