Cook the rice as you normally would.

Slice the chicken breasts into long strips, sauté them in ghee, add salt and spices, and cook until done.

Cut the pita bread into pieces and fry them in ghee until golden.

Place the fried bread in a baking dish, pour chicken broth over it, toss to coat, and cover the dish until the bread absorbs the broth.

Top the bread with half of the sautéed chicken, then spread half of the yogurt over it, and add the rice on top.

Sauté the minced garlic in ghee, then spoon it over the rice.

Finish by topping with the remaining chicken and yogurt.
