  • 2 cupsplain flour
  • 2 tbspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 cupmilk

    Mix the flour and baking powder

    Add the egg and sugar

    Add the milk gradually

  4. 4

    Ann a knob of butter between every few pancakes- Cook in a medium hot pan
