Boiled yam with scrambled egg

Cooking Instructions

Cut yam and wash.add water to boil.

As is boiling add salt to tato taste.cover pot and boil for 7mins.confirm is soft then bring down and sieve out water.

Wash and break eggs in a plate.add salt and use girl to beat it till there is little bubbles on top.

Place a dry pan on fire,add the groundnut oil allow for 1minute.then add sliced onion with sliced pepper for 1minute then pour in the eggs.

Use frying spoon and stir immediately.as is frying then bring down after 1min.food is ready.

No more soaking and scrubbing pans! You can have more control in how 'set' your eggs are, aswell. This is the only way to do it, really. Some people like to add other things to their scrambled eggs...cheese, herbs...my brother used to add ketchup and might very well still do it!
