Boil the egg,shell & dust with flour

Shape the sausage meat/mashed potatoes into flat round cakes

Wrap @egg with the meat ensuring that there are no cracks & heat the meat is even in thickness

Coat with beaten egg &breadcrumbs

Heat the oil and deep fry the egg over moderate heat until the raw sausage I cooked
