Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  1. 500 grice pudding (about 2 cups)
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1 sheetpuff pastry
  4. 3 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (50 g)
  5. 3 tablespoonsvanilla sugar

  1. 1

    Bake the puff pastry sheet in the oven at 410°F (210°C) for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the vanilla sugar.

  3. 3

    Blend the rice pudding until smooth. Once blended, add the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and butter.

  4. 4

    Finally, gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into the baked puff pastry shell and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
