Mix suji curd and water and make a semi thick batter and let it ferment for 3-4 hours

When fermented add salt and all the veggies and green chilli

Prepare the tempering and add in the batter

Take a nonstick pan and spread little oil and pour little batter at a time and cook it from both the sides till golden brown

Serve it hot with any chutney or dip ofof our choice
