Ingredients

35mins
  • 3 CRolled oats
  • 1 CNuts
  • 1 CDried fruits
  • 1/2 CCoconut flakes
  • 1/2 CSeeds, Grains
  • 1/2 COil
  • 1/2 CMaple syrup (Replace 1/3 to water for less sweet taste)
  • 2 tspand up. Spices(cinnamon, carob, nutmeg, cardamon, cloves, etc.)
  • 1 tspHimalayan salt(or Sea salt or kosher salt)

    Preheat oven at 335F/170C.

  2. 2

    Mix together all the ingredients.

    Place it on a baking plate and bake for about 30mins!

    *Key to make it chunky - leave the granola untouched until it's completely cooled. Then break it into your preferred sizes.
