Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200 grams)Urad dal (split and husked)
  • 1.5 cup (250 grams)Boora
  • 1 cup (200 grams)Ghee
  • ¼ cup (50 grams)Almonds
  • 1/4 cupCashews
  • 8-10Green cardamom
  • 8-10Pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dal for 5-6 hours. Wash and drain and grind it in paste

  2. 2

    Chop all the dry fruits and dry roast them keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat half ghee in a heavy bottom kadai and cook the grinded dal till it leaves ghee and turns golden in color

  4. 4

    Take it out in a big Bowland let it cool down

  5. 5

    Make powder of cardamom

  6. 6

    Add all the ingredients and left over ghee and combine them together properly and then bind them in small size ladoo shape
