Peel off the boiled potatoes and grate or mash them and keep aside.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the boiled mashed potatoes.

Cook potatoes on low heat until it starts separating from ghee and becomes little golden brown.

Add sugar and keep on stirring on medium heat till the sugar gets dissolved with potatoes.

Now add little dry fruits, green cardamom powder, and dry coconut.

Stir continuously for 5 mins.

Close the flame and add crushed black pepper powder.

Serve hot with garnished dry fruits.
