Ingredients

  1. 1 TBSPolive oil
  2. 3med chopped carrots
  3. 1med chopped onion
  4. 3med red apples cored and chopped
  5. 2 TBSPwater
  6. 1/8 tspground nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large skillet over medium heat pour in oil

  2. 2

    Add onion; sautè about 3 minutes until transparent

  3. 3

    Add carrots and apples l, then add the water

  4. 4

    Cover and cook over low-meduim heat for 10-15 minutes or until carrots and apples and tender
