Ingredients

1 kgzucchini, roughly grated
2large onions, grated
1 cupfeta cheese, crumbled
1 cupdried bread crumbs
1bit of oil
1 bunchparsley
Spearmint
Salt, pepper

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together using as much dried bread crumbs as it takes to combine and form.

Shape the dough into patties and fry them in hot oil.

Place on kitchen paper before serving.
