  3. 1 cupapplesauce OR pumpkin puree
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspcaramel extract
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 1/4 cupraisens, chocolate chips, etc (get creative!) *optional*

    Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray
