  • 1/3 cupsweetener that measures like sugar
  • 1 cupapplesauce OR pumpkin puree
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcaramel extract
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/4 cupraisens, chocolate chips, etc (get creative!) *optional*

    Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray
