Ingredients

  • 1 kgzucchini
  • 2eggs 
  • dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunchdill 
  • 1 bunchparsley 
  • feta cheese 
  • 1bit of flour 
  • salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the zucchini and strain them well so that all liquids are gone. 

  2. 2

    Mash them thoroughly with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients. 

  3. 3

    Knead and fry over high heat and let them drain on kitchen paper.
