Ingredients

  1. 1 kgzucchini
  2. 2eggs 
  3. dried breadcrumbs
  4. 1 bunchdill 
  5. 1 bunchparsley 
  6. feta cheese 
  7. 1bit of flour 
  8. salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the zucchini and strain them well so that all liquids are gone. 

  2. 2

    Mash them thoroughly with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients. 

  3. 3

    Knead and fry over high heat and let them drain on kitchen paper.
