Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kgsnails
  • 1/2 cupred wine
  • 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • salt, pepper, rosemary

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt the snails, flour them and place them in hot oil open side down for 3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the rosemary, salt, pepper and stir once. A couple of minutes later, pour in the vinegar. 

  3. 3

    Let them boil for a couple of minutes and they are ready to serve.
