Boil potatoes until tender

Put leek and onions in a pan with olive oil and tomato paste, cook until translucent

Mash potatoes

Add onions, leek, parmesan and butter to mashed potatoes

Season mashed potatoes with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix everything well

Roll out puff pastry in a baking pan and poke holes in it using a fork

Put the now super yummy mashed potatoes in it and fold pastry borders over it

Brush the whole pie with beaten egg

Bake at 200° for 30 minutes (or until it turns slightly brown)
