Season well with salt and pepper and wrap it in the parchment paper.

Tie both ends of the parchment paper with the string (like a wrapped bonbon).

Place it in a baking tray so that you avoid any juices dripping in the oven.

Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.

It goes perfectly with potatoes in the oven and greek salad!!
