Raisin pie by Poppy
A vegan and Lenten raisin pie.

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together in a stand mixer. You need to add as much flour as it will take to make a dough that is not so firm, like that of a cake.

Move the mixture to an oiled baking tray that you have dusted with flour. Then add the raisins and mix lightly so that they are evenly distributed. Sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds.

Bake in a fan oven at 180°C for about an hour.
