Cut the turkey into small cubes. Chop the onions into round slices and the pepper into cubes as well.

Place the oil in a large (wide) pot and sauté the onions and peppers together. After a while add the turkey cubes.

Toss, and when the turkey is sautéed on all sides stir in the ouzo (the more fragrant it is the better).

Add the tomato paste (according to how much sauce and how red you want it to be) and a little water then add the olives after having removed the pits and cut them to at least 4 pieces each.

Cover and let it boil. It doesn't take long, the turkey cooks very quickly.

When it is done cut pieces of feta cheese and add them in. Mix so that the feta cheese melts and it is ready!
