A very quick, delicious dessert that uses the leftover tsoureki (sweet, fluffy traditional Greek Easter bread)!!

Steps

Cut the tsoureki into thin slices.

Brush each slice with a little chocolate hazelnut spread.

Spread the tsoureki slices in a small baking tray brushed with butter so that each one half leans on the one beside it.

Add a few tsp of chocolate haselnut spread at random on top.

Add the couverture chocolate cut into small pieces.

Spread the hazelnut over everything.

Beat the eggs, add the milk and the sweetened condensed milk.

Pour the egg and milk mixture over everything and shake the baking tray to distribute it evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20'.
