Boil the penne so that they are firm to the bite (al dente) and set them aside to cool.

Cut the peppers, the tomatoes, the cucumber and the onion into rings and mix in a large bowl together with the olive oil, the salt, pepper and oregano.

Add the penne to the bowl, as well as the olives, the caper and the feta cheese.

Mix and serve!
