3 tspolive oil
1 tbspvinegar
1 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes, cut
1 cupfinely chopped cucumber
1 cupfinely chopped green pepper
1finely chopped onion
1/2 cupfinely chopped parsley
1 cupcrumbled light feta cheese
4cypriot pita breads

Mix the oil and the vinegar in a bowl. Add salt.

Mix the tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion and parsley into the dressing. Add the feta cheese.

Cut open the pita breads and fill them with the salad. Serve immediately.
