Steps

Sprinkle the okra with vinegar, mix them and leave them in the sun for half an hour.

Wash and strain the chicken.

Place the okra in a baking tray and add the onion and the parsley. Mix well.

Push them a little apart and add the chicken portions. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the blended tomatoes with the wine and pour it over the okra and chicken.

Finally add the olive oil, about 3/4 of a cup.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked, the orka are tender and the food is left with its oil.
